Diablo's nature affords him with the unique ability to innately see into the hearts of mortals and instinctively know what makes them terrified, from the mundane to the deeply personal. Is that okay to do with your character? Yes, Nanamo is fairly easy to see through.
Diablo can also use illusion, distorting what is seen and heard. This can range from simply changing his voice to that of someone within the character's memories, to forcing a target to relive painful memories or otherwise hypnotizing them. Would this be okay to do with your character? Yes, and I would be willing to provide anything that would assist in this if you're canon blind.
Finally, Diablo is a very very brutal demon lord, and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Should our characters fight, how much injury/blood/gore would be acceptable? Nanamo can't defend herself and has no guardian here, so you're free to do whatever should that time come. Just give me a heads up. I'm not opposed to death so long as we've planned it out.
There is both a Diablos in the world of FFXIV and a Primal that Diablo looks a lot like named Ifrit. While Nanamo herself wouldn't know what either looks like, she may mistake him as that sort of thing in the first place as a heads up.
